There are more than 450 standard keyring shapes on this site, and if none of them is quite right, we will mould one that is. KeyringsOnly is the dedicated keyring site of the PromotionsOnly group, based in Lane Cove, Sydney. Since 2003 we have completed over 7,000 keyring jobs and supplied more than 2 million keyrings across Australia.

Stock shapes or your own

Our biggest seller is the classic plastic keyring, the workhorse of fundraisers and giveaways. Metal keyrings step things up for corporate gifts and dealerships, floating keyrings look after the marine, pool and holiday park crowd, and novelty keyrings cover everything from bottle openers to trolley tokens.

When the shape you want does not exist, we make it. Through our factory direct sourcing we produce fully custom keyrings moulded to your design, in 2D or 3D, in plastic or metal. A miniature of your product, your mascot, your building, your state. If you can draw it, we can hang it off a set of keys.

Printed, engraved or full colour

Branding follows the keyring. Standard printing handles logos and slogans on flat surfaces. Laser engraving suits metal keyrings, where the mark is permanent and will not rub off in a pocket. Full colour digital printing reproduces detailed artwork and photographs when the design needs more than a one colour logo. We will recommend the method that fits your artwork and the keyring you have picked, not the other way round.

When the deadline is tight

Standard production is two weeks. A number of our styles are also available on 3 day production, and in genuine emergencies 24 hour turnaround including branding can be arranged. If the event is close, tell us the date first and we will tell you what is realistic.

From boardroom to bake sale

Our orders run from large corporates, BMW among them, taking 5,000 keyrings at a time down to a local charity ordering 100 plastic keyrings as a fundraiser, and both get the same artwork proofing before production. We also supply the trade: promotional product resellers can apply for reseller pricing and access discounts across the range.

Our story

PromotionsOnly opened in a home office in 2003 and was in proper premises in North Ryde within a couple of years, before settling permanently in Lane Cove in 2005. Prices went up on the website the day the business launched, at a time when the rest of the industry expected you to phone for a quote. The group now runs its Sydney team alongside a company office in China, which is what puts custom moulded keyrings within easy reach: the tooling and manufacture happen factory direct, without a chain of middlemen adding margin. Across all its sites the group has completed more than 200,000 jobs.

Charity support

Monthly donations have gone out from this business for over 15 years to WWF, Sea Shepherd, Médecins Sans Frontières, World Vision (two sponsored children and counting) and Monika's Doggie Rescue in Sydney, with the Humpty Dumpty Foundation supplied at cost or free for more than a decade. Fundraising keyrings are a charity staple, and registered charities receive a discount off our listed prices.

A keyring goes wherever the keys go. Home, car, work, holidays, every single day, usually for years. For the price of one, that is some of the cheapest and most persistent brand exposure you can buy, provided it is made well enough to stay on the keys.
